Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Audit Associate to lead audit engagements and mentor junior team members. You will be responsible for ensuring that audits are conducted in accordance with PSAK, IFRS, SA, and SPAP. This role requires proven experience in public accounting and the ability to manage multiple audit projects independently.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise audit engagements from planning to completion.

- Review working papers prepared by junior associates.

- Ensure compliance with PSAK, IFRS, SA, and SPAP.

- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients.

- Train and mentor junior associates to enhance their technical skills.

- Manage client relationships and maintain high service quality.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of PSAK, IFRS, SA, and SPAP.

- Minimum 2–3 years of audit experience in a Public Accounting Firm (internship experiences are not included).

- Proven track record of completing at least 40–50 audit engagements (depending on seniority level: Associate 2 or 3).

- Excellent strategical thinking and leadership skills.

- Good oral and written communication skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

- Able to work both individually and under a team.
